Firstly, mix plant fat and soap horn into a boiler equipped with an ultrasonic system. With the increase of temperature and ultrasonic action, plant fat, soap horn, and deionized water gradually combine to form a modifier. Then natural stone powder, ordinary clay and natural mineral pigment are mixed in the temperature control spray room, and the modifier and mixed raw materials are repeatedly compounded in more than 30 processes to form a new composite material, which is called “MCM” by the scientific community. MCM has good plasticity and can be shaped arbitrarily under controlled temperature curves and gamma rays, forming various decorative materials with stone texture and patterns as needed.
The mechanical system exclusive to flexible stone has achieved zero emissions and zero pollution during the molding process, and waste flexible stone products can be recycled into renewable new products.
